Our Quality Process
Timbertruss received Industry Accreditation for its Quality Management System in 1995. Each stage of design, manufacture and delivery has quality checks implemented into the process. Since 1995 Timbertruss has spent a great deal of time and money in developing its own database to monitor the performance of all areas of the company. This database monitors the workflow of all orders and analyses any on site problems after delivery. The information from this database highlights any areas requiring improvement and becomes a focus for the Manager of that department.
Timbertruss continually introduce new technology into both its design and manufacturing areas to improve our efficiency. This involves large capital investment by Timbertruss and as such a great deal of time is spent researching new technology both within Australia and overseas. The introduction of new equipment into our operations is aimed at improving our quality and efficiency and providing a safe workplace for our workforce.
